When the strip is ripped from your skin, it takes the wax and the underlying hair with it. This technique is ideal for tackling large areas such as the legs. The other waxing technique is stripless, which uses a different type of wax that hardens quickly as it cools. When the esthetician uses this technique, no strip of fabric is needed, and the wax can be ripped off directly.

The skin on your face is constantly exposed to the elements, which can take a toll over time. Facial treatments can help address various common skin concerns, such as fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, dryness, and uneven skin tone.

There are various facial treatments available, each designed to address specific skin concerns. Facials can be performed by a licensed esthetician, dermatologist, or plastic surgeon, who will first assess your skin type and specific concerns to recommend the best treatment for you.

Facials can be performed as part of a regular skincare routine or special occasion treatment. They are typically safe for all skin types, but those with sensitive skin may want to opt for a less intensive treatment.
